The Nine Breaths

The Nine Breaths of Purification are foundational to the practice of Tibetan Yoga and a great base for meditation.  Even if you don’t meditate, in just two minutes you can change your mood in a positive way, cut through feelings of anger and attachment, and just generally feel better. Simple, powerful, ancient: the Nine Breaths help us release stress, clear the mind, and connect more deeply to our true nature of innate goodness.

Regardless of experience or physical condition, this breathing exercise can provide a lifetime of benefits. It's the perfect beginning or end to any meditation or yoga practice, and it can be done at any time and is suitable for everybody. And, it takes very little time to learn! For these reasons we always keep this course open, and free.
