Eileen & Rob have been partners in life and in yoga since 2006. We met when Rob attended one of Eileen's vinyasa classes back in 2003. The more we practiced together, the more we found how well suited to each other we were. One thing led to another, and we married in 2009. Life has been a rain of blessings ever since!

She completed a 5-year training in Tibetan Yoga in 2014, and a 500-hour yoga teacher training in the Kunga Yoga School curriculum in 2021. Eileen has practiced extensively at the Dharma Yoga, Laughing Lotus, and Jivamukti Yoga schools of New York City and taken classes with hundreds of yoga teachers in the last 20 years. Since 2020, she has been immersed in traditional Hatha Yoga training with Robert Moses.

Eileen's classes are carefully built and sequenced to take students deep into their body and breath, and to cultivate the free flow of prana in the subtle body.

Eileen is also an environmental author who, in the past two decades, has been writing in passionate defense of preserving Earth’s vitality, and her biodiversity, now imperiled by a looming mass extinction event. You can find her books and articles on her website and her blogs at the Ecological Citizen.
